Seeking Affordable/Donated Land in Denver and Iron Station Communities

Our affiliate is currently looking for buildable lots in Denver, Iron Station, and Pumpkin Center. Our affiliate is growing and has several local families in our program. This is great for our capacity and our community for providing affordable housing in Lincoln County.

Unfortunately, we have had limited success in finding buildable land in the Eastern section of the county which includes Denver, Iron Station, and Pumpkin Center. We are searching for individual lots where we are able to build immediately.
