Opportunities
Construction
Come join us on the job site! You will work with our experienced construction staff to learn new skills and help provide deserving families in our community with a decent place to live.
No experience is necessary, just a desire to help and to learn something new. Please wear work appropriate clothes – dress weather appropriately and wear closed toe shoes. You may bring your own tools, however, Habitat will provide everything you will need for the day. Habitat volunteers perform a wide variety of critical tasks, including framing, roofing, floors, and installation of cabinets, doors, and windows. Click here to learn more about construction volunteering!
Please note: All construction volunteers must be 16 years and older. The age requirement for painting and landscaping is 14+.
Office
Don’t feel comfortable with tools? That’s okay! We have a need for people of all different skill sets in our Habitat office from answering phones to helping with family services. Come check out our new offices in downtown Lincolnton and be part of the behind the scenes work.
ReStore
We have two ReStores, one in Denver and one in Lincolnton that support our mission. Our ReStores are open Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm. You never know what may come through our ReStores! You may help maintain the store, interact with customers or assist with receiving donations. See our ReStore page for more information on how to volunteer at our Denver and/or Lincolnton ReStore locations.
